CLASSÂ POLICIES
CLASS MAKEUPS
Students are offered one makeup per class per session. No refunds will be offered for missed classes or cancellations. Cancelation of class registration will not be accepted past one month prior to the first class. Makeup classes need to rescheduled via email at MommyandMeSpeechTherapy@gmail.com.
ATTENDANCE
Attendance is important and we want to ensure your toddler benefits from class; but no one benefits from coming to class sick. If you or your little one is sick, please stay home and recover! One cancellation due to illness will be rescheduled per class per session.
PHOTOS
We occasionally take pictures to share on our social media account or on our website. Advanced verbal notice will ALWAYS be provided.
UNFORESEEN CLOSURES
If there are any unforeseen closures (weather, building emergency, etc.), we will email and text our families as soon as possible to give notification. We will go virtual for the affected classes.
COVID-19
Should community health issues, such as COVID-19, mandate a shutdown, we will immediately move to virtual classes at the same day and time as your regularly scheduled class. Refunds will not be offered.
ADDITIONAL CHILDREN
We want to keep the main focus on your toddlers. Due to space limitations and pedagogical, please arrange childcare for siblings or other children who are not registered.
DRESS
When communicating and interacting with children, it is essential to be at eye level for increased engagement. Dress comfortably because we will be taking things down to their level and sitting on the floor!
GROUPE CLASSES
Classes are grouped as a session rather than a "drop-in" model class because each class is a building block of the prior class(es).
